All our staff are well skilled, trained and experienced and we ensure that people who use our service are safe by carrying out robust pre employment checks.
We provide an effective, timely and friendly response to requests for shift and call cover to our clients, customers and staff. We are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to improve choice, quality and most importantly patient experience and work closely with both clients and staff to develop an agreed work .Kingdom Personnel focuses strongly on staff retention to maximize continuity of care.
Our training is rigorous. All staff in their first six months must undergo the Common Induction standards alongside Kingdom's own robust induction. In our induction we go to great l
engths to give our staff a firm foundation in understanding Protecting Vulnerable Adults, First Aid, Health and Safety, Mental Capacity Act and many more.
Each member of staff undertakes their mandatory training at least once a year. We do not permit staff to continue work with service users unless they are compliant with our training requirements.
In addition to the mandatory and induction training- all our staff either have or are in the process of obtaining an NVQ2 in Health and Social Care as the very most minimum. We also give every opportunity for specialised training such as Dementia Care, Learning Disabilities Awareness, and many more. We can provide you with a detailed training matrix at your request.
